In 1958, Starday - by now conjoined with MERCURY RECORDS - issued another 16-track LP, also titled "Hillbilly Hit Parade Volume 1". This one featured George Jones, Benny Barnes, Jeanette Hicks, James O'Gwynn, Leon Payne and Earl Aycock, including Jones' hits 'Yearning', 'Uh, Uh, No', 'Just One More' and 'Don't Stop The Music', and Barnes' 'Poor Man's Riches'. The remaining tracks were covers of other recent Country hits
